Data collected

Depending on your use of the site and our services, we may collect : first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, payment data (processed by our service providers), geographic data in the context of warranty claims, order history, delivery preferences, as well as any information you voluntarily provide (forms, after-sales service, newsletter).

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for :

fulfilment and tracking of your orders (legal basis : contract) ;
customer relationship management and after-sales service (contract and legitimate interest) ;
processing of requests under the buy-back warranty (contract) ;
sending commercial communications, including the newsletter (consent) ;
audience measurement and online marketing, subject to your cookie consent ;
compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

Retention periods

Order-related data : for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 5 years from the last order (warranties and legal obligations).
Commercial prospecting data : 3 years from the last contact or until withdrawal of your consent.
Connection data and cookies : as indicated in our cookie policy.

Recipients

Your data may be shared with service providers involved in delivering our services (carriers, payment providers, email tools, hosting, audience measurement and online advertising) and with competent authorities where required by law. It is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
